Arrived for my appt at 7:30am confirmed by Tiffany the day before with message to prove and they said I did not have an appt. It would have to sit there until Monday because "they could not fit it in". I went to Service manager office (heavyset guy) to complain and he did not even look from behind his computer. Absolutely the worst experience and the female service writer has ZERO personality. Smile it doesn't hurt!!

Initially, I was going to keep quiet but having to now pay approximately $11k for parts and labor to my 2013 range rover within 5 months, is outright thievery. Take your car for repair ANYWHERE but here. I have gotten nothing but the run around since I brought my broken down Range Rover in 8 weeks ago (yes, May 11th). We were told the repair would be under warranty before we brought the car in and now suddenly it’s not. It took 4 weeks to even diagnose a problem (with little to no communication from them) and I’m still not sure what the status of the repair is, 4 weeks later. I scheduled a Thursday service appointment over a week in advance for my Land Rover and clearly stated what the service was for and that Land Rover corporate had agreed to a 30% goodwill contribution for the service, treated like a warranty claim. The promised loaner car was not available so an employee had to bring my wife to a car rental dealer. The vehicle was not looked at on the scheduled appointment day and was not finally ready until FIVE DAYS later, the following Tuesday!! Avoid this dealer. Purchased a CPO RRS only to find out the occasional shimmying was due to a bent control arm, which cost me over 1K out of pocket. My sales rep kept assuring me this was the dynamic suspension kicking in. No way in xxxx this vehicle was "inspected" or "certified". I have the parts for proof as well. I have been battling JLR corporate office for almost an entire year. Disgusting brand. Disgusting dealership.

If I can give less than a star, I would’ve! Took my 2019 brand new Discovery 4 times for the same problem. And every time they tell me it’s fixed, to find out it’s not fixed. The fifth time I took it in for water leaking-in from the windshield. They promised to Replace my car and now jaguar Land Rover of America won’t even answer or return my calls.

Our service was excellent! John was very attentive to us. He called and updated us and gave us options. They worked hard to find the underlying issues. He offered a loaner when we decided to do one of the extra steps that would take an extra day. Our Land Rover has 160,000 miles and we thought it might not be repairable. No work done and no communication. Charged me $2500 for tests that said nothing was wrong and had to go to another dealership to fix. Said I had a leak but he didn’t want to put it on the slip because he would get in trouble. Stay away.

Have an old 97 discovery 1. 52,000 miles on the od. josh took very good care of her. Only Land Rover knows how to fix the older models. Let me leave her in the building overnight when it was raining and pick it up next day. Very accommodating.

We bought our truck in 2014 and we live in North Jersey! We always get our truck serviced down there, we love everything about them. They are reliable and always go above and beyond what is needed. They have been very thorough. We wouldn't buy or service our Range Rover anywhere else.

DO NOT GO HERE OR THEIR NEW LOCATION @ JAGUAR. My coolant like kept coming on. They topped it off on 3 occasions. My 4th visit they claimed I needed a new radiator and laundry list of other items totaling $8,000. My Range Rover has 50,000 miles on it. i went to another Range Rover mechanic and their diagnosis WOULD NOT have fixed my minor sealant issue. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT MAKING $$ and NOT fixing your vehicle. Go to DESI Auto in Stratford NJ instead. Thank me later!!

Don’t go for services. I will never go there. My car has some minor dents, first pic. After repair, it becomes more serious. The paint got cracked after repair, second pic, and a minor problem becomes a serious problem now costing thousands of dollars for further repair. The service people there tell lies, bad service and back work. If you don’t take pictures and don’t talk with them through emails, every price will increase. I experienced this. Luckily I took pictures.

I brought my truck in for routine maintenance and the software update corrupted my truck. Although unacceptable, the no care attitude of the customer service person here was not ok. No apologies. Even stated it was partially my fault as I let them install the software update. Still laugh at the fact they even said that to me.I now have to go back next week to get it fixed and miss more time at work. Huge fan of all Land Rover models. Not a big fan of poor customer service, especially when I spend 50,000+ on a vehicle. When I bring my Cadillac into the dealership I am greeted at my car and walked inside to the person who will be helping me. At Landrover in cherry hill they dont even greet me when i walk in. Intent on buying a new Evoque, I really wanted to buy it from my local dealership. Unfortunately, the sales people at Cherry Hill made little effort to help me find a model that met my requirements and were only interested in selling me something they had in their inventory. Since they seldom responded to emails and phone calls either, I took my business to Land Rover of Princeton and they were able to find me just what I wanted.

Brought my car in for maintenance and a software update. After the service was done my check engine light came on about a week later. Car started to feel funny, after attempting to schedule service with LR cherry hill a few times, i decided to take it elsewhere to see what the problem was...Service Tech did a very sloppy job on an oil change, did not screw filter on tight enough, left oil stains all over a hose and bottom on the shield/pan that comes off. Servicing a Land Rover in Willow Grove PA to Cherry Hill NJ is a fine example of bad to worse. My perfectly working LR was brought to LR in Willow Grove to fix a front seal leak. We have taken our 2005 LR3 to this dealership for major repairs. Alternator failure in August 2010, computer systems freeze November 2010 and just recently to replace a shattered rear window March 2011. I accepted the possibility that alternators and computer systems can be tricky, and thus, merited more patience when we were not called, not updates, left on hold for long, long streches, etc. But this final experience, which just concluded this morning, will hopefully be my last. Horrible experience from first day of purchase. Condescending to customers with knowing theres no other place to take your car to within hours of each other..
